In the heart of winter, among the enchanted woods of the Valbruna plain, AdventPur comes to life, a trail that invites you to rediscover the authentic wonder of Christmas. Among snow-covered trees and small wooden huts lit by lanterns, visitors are enveloped by Christmas melodies that spread among the fir trees.
An experience of nature and tradition
The trail winds at the foot of the majestic Julian Alps, where the silence of the forest and the crunch of snow underfoot accompany visitors' steps. Those who wish can let themselves be carried away by a horse-drawn sleigh, amid the muffled silence of the forest and the light reflecting off the snow.
AdventPur is an invitation to slow down, to rediscover the peace and simplicity of Christmas as it once was. An invitation to become children again, even if only for a day, and to be enchanted by the silent magic of Advent in the woods of Valbruna.
To ensure greater safety during the event,
we strongly recommend the use of crampons: the route may have icy and slippery sections!

€5.00 Sleds and bobsleds are available for rent to pull children along the trail.
RECOMMENDED CLOTHING
Warm winter clothes, gloves, hat, and winter hiking boots.
DOGS ON A LEASH
Our four-legged friends are welcome!
We ask that you keep them on a leash and pick up after them out of respect for everyone.

Every weekend during Advent Pur, near the starting point of the trail, charming wooden huts await you, where artisans and hobbyists will present their Christmas-themed creations: unique, high-quality products inspired by the magic of Advent.

New for the 2025 edition of Advent Pur is La Magia dell’Avvento (The Magic of Advent), a charming little Christmas craft market that will come to life every weekend of the event near the starting point of the route.
In a warm and evocative atmosphere, the characteristic wooden huts will host artisans, hobbyists, and local producers, ready to present their unique and original creations.
From Christmas decorations to natural products, from gift ideas to small works of art inspired by the mountains and nature, each stall will convey the passion and care of those who make them with their own hands.
The Magic of Advent will be the ideal place to immerse yourself in the spirit of Christmas, enjoy authentic scents and colors, and experience conviviality and beauty.
The market will be open to the public every day of Advent from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
