- A family-run organic farm of Limousine, a typical French meat breed. There are about 50 head of cattle bred and raised on our farm at an altitude of about 1200 metres. The sale (by appointment) concerns meat from calves raised on pasture with mother's milk in the summer months and dry fodder from our own production and mother's milk in the winter months (cow-calf line). The processing and vacuum packing of the meat takes place in the laboratory in Via Sella in Camporosso, thanks to which the quality of the product is guaranteed.
